The Parade last year attracted more than 30,000 people from all over the community as well as new vistors from Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas and Hamilton. Many of those visitors shopped locally for all kinds of products -- our restaurants, shops, stores and bars all enjoyed better than average returns that day as the visitors spent their dollars here in the community!

To aid us then we'd ask that the whole community realize, that without more support the future of the Santa Claus Parade may be in jeopardy. To aid us in fund-raising, we have a new feature, the Loonie Bin, a fund collection bin that travels with the Parade throughout the route.

So wont you all please, bring a loonie apiece and drop it in the bin as it goes by!
